@ Easy Chicks Biryani

Serve hot & enjoy Easy chicks biryani with DUAL TASTE Basmati Rice.


  • 4 Cup DUAL TASTE Supreme Basmati Rice
  • 1 Kg Chicken(prefered thigh part and drumsticks only)
  • 1 medium Tejpatta & 1 Badi Elaichi
  • 1 Dalchini Stick & 1 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Biryani Masala
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves & 1 bowl Curd
  • 1 Choti Elaichi & 2 Laungs
  • 1 Javitri & 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kewra/Keora Water

Cooking Method

Step 1 : Wash chicken well (prefered thigh part and drumsticks only)

Step 2 : Mix chicken with curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, tumeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, mint leaves and two spoons of biryani masala. Then leave for 30 mins.

Step 3 : Put little oil(1 spoon) in kadai then add raw garam masala(1 tejpatta, 1 choti elaichi, 1 badi elaichi, 1 dalchini stick, 1 javitri, two laung, 1 teaspoon jeera). Add 1 chopped onion then add marinated chicken into kadai and cook untill it will tender n little dry.

Step 4 : Cook DUAL TASTE Supreme basmati rice seperately(Full cooked not half cooked). Fry 4-5 chopped onions and keep seperate for layering.

Step 5 : When chicken and rice are cooked then take a deep kadai and put one layer of rice then one layer of fried onions and then put one layer chicken.Repeat the layering process again.

Step 6 : Make five holes on the layered rice-chicken n put half spoon keora/kewra water n sprinkle little orange food color.

Step 7 : After that heat little ghee and put one spoon of sahi jeera and let it sprinkle and pour this on layered rice-chicken. Cover the kadai for few minutes.

Step 8 : For Serving you can also decorate biryani with one copped boil egg(optional). Serve with raita.
